Koga's Ninja Gym
How it was given out: CoroCoro Comic August 1999 issue insert.
Japanese promo, released 15 Jul 1999.
One of 278 promos from 1999 to 2003 listed on this site.
Once during each player's turn (before attacking), that player may flip a coin. If heads, that player searches his or her deck for a Basic Pokémon with Koga in its name. Then, that player puts that card on his or her Bench. (A player can't do this if his or her Bench is full.) That player shuffles his or her deck afterwards.
